County Down Stoves & Flues

We employed Collette and Jonny for advising on our barn conversion for County Down Stoves and Flues after we fitted a stove for them in their home. The scope of works was to put forward a planning application for continued use which subsequently became a full application. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and it was a great comfort to know we could call on them for their knowledge and guidance throughout. They both went the extra mile for us, and were sympathetic to our “wee project” and the trials it threw us. I’m not sure your project could be in any safer hands.

Colette and Johnny provided a great service.
They were patient and helpful to go through many initial design concepts. They helped us reach our desired design and steered it through planning. They were very fair and I think provided an excellent service for their cost. As an additional extra they project managed the build with the contractor. I would highly recommend this as they were very knowledgeable and did a good job as intermediators.

Jonny and Colette are a highly professional, creative and personable team. Their initial design met all our needs within projected spend and were able to incorporate changes when required. They developed an excellent relationship with the prime contractor which resulted in a smooth project; the final product being the result of input from all 3 parties. The project was completed on time and on budget. We also enjoy an ongoing level of support post project - subsequent queries and advice have been given to us since. I highly recommend CKA.
